With more than 10 years of experience spanning client support, digital communication, operations, data management, and business-facing systems, the work behind 111 Operations is grounded in both presentation and function. That background includes multiple roles at TripAdvisor Headquarters, beginning in Account Management for hotel partners across the Americas, where the work focused on helping businesses use marketing platforms effectively, understand visitor behavior, interpret analytics, and strengthen how they showed up online.
That experience later evolved into an operations role supporting a global sales team, with a focus on content distribution, creation, organization, and the internal structure needed to support business development at scale.
That same balance of strategy and execution continues in current work with a local union, where responsibilities include managing large datasets, cleaning and distributing information, overseeing the website, member portal, social media pages, Mailchimp communications, and producing a range of digital materials for both informative and member-facing use.
111 Operations was built from that combined experience. The result is an approach that values professionalism, clarity, and thoughtful organization just as much as visual presentation.
